I enjoyed the gala show at Brno Grand Prix 2019 very much.
Firstly because the sidelines were not so crowded and secondly because some of the gymnast chose to dance without any apparatus. It gave them freedom that cannot be seen during a competition. Rhythmic gymnasts usually watch their apparatus while it is in the air so dancing without any apparatus greatly affects and I’d say improves head movements in such a way that their head can be more in the flow of the actual movement.
